Sheer Blouse: Three Ways

Sheer Blouse Three WaysI have so many sheer blouses that I wear all the time. I think they are a great item for anywhere and anytime. For the day at work, make sure to have a tank underneath, a long pleated skirt paired with slingback heels are an ideal outfit for the office setting. For the night time, I love to pair sheer with leather. Fun heels, weather a bright color or print are perfect with a clutch and funky necklace. Finally, for the weekend, I have become obsessed with wearing track pants with flats; paired with a sweet bag and scarf, a weekend of shopping is in full swing while staying comfortable yet very stylish.

One of my new favorite pieces for spring: a brightly colored maxi skirt. Of course the day I took these pictures, the wind was so strong that this skirt, which crisscrosses in the middle, was blowing every which way. But I still love the way this look came out overall. Chambray, the ultimate layering piece, aviators, and a hat made this  a look for spring that I am going to be wearing multiple times.005004007002 006003

Chihuly In The Garden

001 I remember the first time that I saw a piece of glass by Dave Chihuly; it was on the cover of my Chemistry book in High School and it was probably the most interesting thing about that book. I loved the color and the shapes of this glass that when I found out they were having an exhibit in the botanical gardens of many different pieces by Chihuly. I knew I had to go. These pieces of art certainly made the wide array of desert plants and cacti much more colorful and fun to walk through!002 003 004 006 005 007 008 010 011 012

Ray-Ban Sunglasses, Zara Tee, AE Shirt, Levi’s Shorts, Nike Sneakers, Rebecca Minkoff Bag, MK Watch

The simplest of outfits: A white tee and blue cutoffs. This look is the perfect ensemble to accessorize. I am loving the 90s trends right now, so a plaid shirt tied around my waist was my goto for this outfit. And a colorful, floral crossbody bag is able to stand out more pronounced against solid neutral colors.
