Burnt-Caramel Custards

These custards reminded me of when I made crème brûlée a few months ago, which turned out amazing and so I thought I had to try this recipe. I had never made caramel before and so I was stunned when I saw it changing before my eyes in the pot. And my amazement didn’t stop there. These custards were sweet and made the perfect dessert that was so tasty, I recommend that you try them this weekend no matter what!
