H&M Jacket, Anthropologie Shirt, Zara Pants, Zara Loafers, Coach Bag
These slouchy trousers are the greatest pants that I have ever owned! They’re comfortable like pajama pants but still have a sophistication that can be worn whether at the office or running errands. Adding a structured jacket and bag will make the look a tad more professional so it doesn’t look like you actually slept in these pants!
This weekend, which brought a ton of rain, also brought very cold weather. It felt so nice snuggling up on my couch with blankets, the heat, a warm drink, and a movie. But unfortunately I did have to leave the house at some point during the day. Here are a couple of pieces that I love to wear when I have to brave the cold weather.
A chocolate eclair: that delicious pastry with a creamy filling topped with chocolate. It certainly is one of my favorite desserts that I only have ever bought and never made, until this weekend. I was a little skeptical that the recipe wouldn’t come out like when a professional bakery makes it, but I was so wrong! These were delicious and the cream was probably the tastiest thing I had ever eaten; it’s a must bake!
Can you believe that Thanksgiving is next week? I am already dreaming over the thought of turkey, cranberries, and yams. Not to mention planning what I will be buying on Black Friday! But until then, here are a few things that I’ve enjoyed over the past week.

Anthropologie Dress, Michael Kors Heels, Vintage Clutch
Everyone has “the little black dress”, even “the little white dress”, but I think it’s just as important to have that pretty patterned dress that has fun colors and patterns which are perfect for a night event. I was drawn to this one in the store for that reason. I mainly have solid color dresses in my wardrobe and thought this would be a great start to my patterned dress collection!
