Almafi Calamari Pasta

001Seafood is definitely one of my favorites; from lobster to fish and shrimp, I find it all so tempting. The first time I remember having calamari was in the 7th grade when we came back from our class trip to Catalina Island and they cooked the squid that we got on our trip. At first, I was hesitant, but after tasting it, I loved it. It is now a go to appetizer when out at dinner or even at home. When I saw this recipe of mixing it into a pasta dish, I was intrigued and wondered why I never thought of it before. The pasta had a nice buttery lemon taste and the spiced calamari was a nice addition.
