A cobbler dessert has always received high praise from me, no matter how messy it looks. For the cobbler I was going to make, I wanted to keep it simple this first time. I used just peaches, but I did stray from the recipe a tad. Instead of using lemon juice and cornstarch, I only sprinkled cinnamon over my peaches before I baked them and then I added the topping. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, I think I may have found the perfect go-to dessert!
